KUNO network announces two positions up for voting in the Steering Group for the rectors, deans, or professors/teachers

How to Apply:

  • Submit your motivational letter including a short bio (max 1 A4) and a letter of approval, signed by the rector of your home institution to the KUNO office: lina.koseleva@vda.lt 

  • Deadline: 23.09.2024

  • Candidates are expected to introduce themselves during the KUNO network meeting in Reykjavik on October 11th 2024.

KUNO 2022 Open Call for new members in the KUNO Steering Group

The KUNO network is looking for two new members to join the KUNO Steering group in the period of October 2022 to October 2024, with the possibility of continuing for another two years up until 2026.

We invite all KUNO member institutes to consider this proposal and encourage good candidates to apply. Candidates must have full support from their home institution. A candidate can be a rector, dean, director, head of department or an academic staff member from any of the KUNO member institutions. Application must be supported with a signed letter* from his/her home institution. APPLICATION

In order to apply, please submit the below documents by email (lina.koseleva@vda.lt) until 01/10/2022:
-motivation letter;
-letter of approval signed by the rector of your institution.

-Candidates are expected to either introduce themselves during the KUNO network meeting in Turku or send a video recording with a brief introduction.

ABOUT THE STEERING GROUP

The Steering group is a policy-making, counselling, governing and supervising body of KUNO. The SG establishes priorities of KUNO activities and plans and supervises the budget of KUNO in cooperation with the KUNO Secretariat in Vilnius.

The SG has 3 meetings per year. One of them at the annual KUNO meeting the second in January (online) and third one in May-June (planning of upcoming events). Additionally, there will be some email communication throughout the year. As an SG member you gain insight into the Nordic and Baltic art educations and have the opportunity to engage in the yearly seminar as well as being responsible for the ongoing development of KUNO.
